Cauldera Yoga Therapy's mission is to support your growth toward the most-aligned version of yourself, by first learning how to be with yourself just as you are, right now.

​

Through guidance in embodied movement and present-centered awareness, my work is in holding space for you to be witnessed just as you are, without the need to fix or change.

​

For it is from within this place of Seeing and Being with our Self, just as we are, that makes it possible to soften into new perspectives. 

​

This is how shift happens.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

By using body shapes as an inner investigation of the Self -- exploring sensations and navigating the inner landscape to examine Self and relationship to Self, both on and off the mat.

​

To begin, all you need is you.

​

I myself am a work in progress. And (not but), I can be a container, a guidepost, a mirror, a soft place to land.

​

I can't give you the answers, but I can help you ask the questions. I can help you be with what is, whatever that is, for the sake of getting to the other side.
